Creating the Ultimate Turn-key Property
Working with both a mix of private clients and many of the UK’s top developers, we relish welcoming our repeat clients back into the studio and Clunie House was one such project. Taylor Howes was charged with designing the penthouse within the building, the brief to create a highly marketable turn-key property for eventual sale.
The aesthetic direction was to reflect modern city living and capitalise on the apartment’s prime location, a task undertaken with ease due to our teams extensive market experience and first hand agent insight. Every detail within this project is considered and reflective of the original brief, so that the new buyers can move in and not have to worry about a single detail.
