Taylor Howes was thrilled to work on this 5-star luxury resort on the Arabian Peninsula. Nestled into the mountains, the hotel overlooks dramatic desert landscapes and the Red sea. Using the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, which combines natural inspirations and a neutral palette with a nod to the beauty in daily life’s imperfection, we connected the design to the surrounding area through thoughtful materials, textures and architectural elements. The scheme seamlessly blends the outdoor landscape with the timeless elegance of the interior, offering a one-of-a-kind luxury experience. With its combination of warm, natural materials and pops of vibrant colour, the space is both inviting and stylish.
