An 18,000 square feet country retreat with astounding proportions and unique detailing.
Taylor Howes was tasked to create the interior of this unique family home, nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside which has received classification as a ‘Building of Unique Architectural Merit’.
The beauty of the home was through the raw, yet refined finishes. By using textures such as straw marquetry and fossilised stones we were able to bring a unique blend of qualities that were both engaging and distinctive.
We used high-skilled craftspeople that tell a story through their one-off pieces where we worked hand-in-hand with the client to design which resulted in a home that truly reflects the family’s personality and history.
